The flat lies in Sestiere (area) of S. Croce, near railway station. Very easy to the transports, it is located in a very quit area, at the ground floor (no high water). It is a studio fully furnished and equipped, and can accomodate up 4 people in olny one room. In the area there are all necessary shops ( tabbaccos, hair-dresser, restaurant, cheimist). The bathroom is small, but new and furnished of shower. In order to St. Mark , you can take the line 1 ( the boat-stop is at 1 minut from the studio) and you’ll arrive in 10 minutes, or you can go on foot,( and it is 15 minutes about).
