Booking:
You can request an accommodation by sending us a regular e-mail or
by filling out the specific Reservation Form for the accommodation
you desire.
In case the requested accommodation should not be available, the Tourist
Friend will suggest an equivalent alternative accommodation.
If you accept our proposal and pay the deposit we will send
you a Confirmation Email with all the details about the propiety booked.
It is most important that you include your arrival time.
Should your arrival time be delayed for any reason you must contact
your host/hostess directly, we provide cell number and land line numbers.
Deposit payment:
25% of the total cost of your accommodation must be paid in
advance.
(in some cases the percentage asked will be higher than 25%, we will
each time advice of the deposit entity).
We accept credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, American Express,
Diners ), bank transfers and vaglia.
The remaining 75% (or less if the deposit was higher than 25%)
must be paid in cash to the Innkeeper upon your arrival.
We will send a confirmation of your reservation after we receive the
deposit.
Cancellation:
Should you cancel a reservation:
- Up to 30 days prior to the date of your expected arrival we will
keep 30% of the deposit (a minimum of 35 Euro).
- Up to 15 days prior to the date of your expected arrival we will
keep 50% of the deposit (a minimum of 35 Euro).
- Less then 15 days prior to the date of your expected arrival we
will keep 100% of the deposit.
If for any reason we must change your accommodation after we have
confirmed it, we will offer you an equivalent alternative.
Complaints:
We personally inspect each home and do our best to provide an accurate
description of the facility. You have to know the difference between
a B&B and an Hotel, we can answer at your question by e-mail or
phone.
